Hazel & Craig, Drum Castle & The Milton, March 2012

Mirrorbox hit the road back in March to capture the Deeside wedding of Hazel & Craig. From the very first email we knew we were on to something special. Hazel's dress, the rather fabulous Madame Butterfly by Suzanne Neville is the last of its kind - Hazel fell in love with it during her time working in bridal fashion and Suzanne made the final one just for her. Hazel & Craig's 4 lovely girls served as bridesmaids and were a constant source of fun throughout the day. And while we've seen some pretty sweet cars during our time as wedding photographers, this is the first time we've been taken on a train ride. The vintage steam engine owned by Milton of Crathes took us all on a trip along the banks of the Dee. Spectacular scenery was enhanced by some unseasonably summery weather as the train puffed along by river.
