Anna and Max booked us over the phone from their home in L.A. back in 2010. From that point we were so excited about meeting them and taking the photos at their wedding. It just sounded so cool - a proper old castle, scarlett underskirts and an owl to deliver the rings. When the day arrived we had SO MUCH FUN. The place looked amazing, all the details clicked together to make a really standout wedding. Scottish albums on the tables, the skull cake, a falconry display and the fabulous bridal wear are just some of the highlights for us. But most importantly Anna and Max (plus their entire wedding party) were so fun and welcoming, an absolutely lovely couple who know how to have a good time.
